Dan grew up in N.E. Minneapolis and was a professional musician and teacher for a number of years. He now lives in Merriam Park with his wife Barb.

Her specialties include helping first time homebuyers, staging homes for sale and helping clients acquire quality investment property. Additionally, Gina has a property management company, Fruncillo Property Management, LLC and can assist with all aspects of property management.
Gina lives in the Stillwater area with her family. She enjoys music, volunteering, writing, cooking and gardening.
